Now that I'm 18 months old (as of Sunday) I am really getting around! Mommy's school had a fundraiser at Chuck E. Cheese again, so Daddy met us there after work! Wow!!! Did I have fun! Daddy and Mommy took me on lots of rides that I can do all by myself! My friends Hayden and Sydney were ther too! I was just running around and around enjoying myself! I did stop for a while to watch Chuck sing a song or two, but then I was on the run again! I even had my first taste of cotton candy (thanks to Daddy)!

Mommy found out that she's having a ......
Daddy just couldn't wait any longer! He had to know what we're having. So when Mommy went to the doctors on Friday with Nana and Aunt Neenie eveyone was so excited just to see the baby growing in mommy's belly!
They waited for Daddy, but he was late coming from work, so the doctor said he would look to see what the baby was and then put a message in an envelope for us to look at later.
No sooner was Mommy walking out of the doctors office, that Daddy showed up! They went straight to Nana's house (right around the corner) eager to find out the good news!
Mommy gave Daddy the envelope while she, Nana, Pop-Pop and Aunt Neenie waited to hear the announcement. Daddy opened the paper the doctor had written on and smiled...
then he asked what everyone thought the baby was (everyone was thinking girl) and Daddy showed the note and yelled it's a BOY!!!!
Then everybody was yelling and making all kinds of noise that woke me up from my nap.
Daddy came to get me and told me the good news - I'm going to have a little brother! We are all so excited (especially ME!)
Now we just have to think of a name for this little guy!

Look at me GROWING!

Every day I amaze Mommy and Daddy more and more! Tonight while they were watching Idol, I was looking through my word book that my friends Carlton and Jackson gave me for my birthday, and I was pointing to the animals and saying "woof, woof." I've been saying a lot of "words" recently. Mommy is very impressed! I love to run around downstairs and get into stuff, but sometimes I stop for a minute or two and watch tv with Daddy. Do you like my new car? I just got it this weekend! I'm really getting the hang of all of this playing and learning stuff! Look out world - here I come!

A day with Nana and Mary

Did I have fun today! Nana took me to visit Mary (her long time teacher friend). Mary's neice's grand-daughter was also there. The two of us had fun outside in her backyard because right next door was a little "farm" with chickens and goats! I had so much fun exploring the outside and looking at the animals with Nana! I can't wait to visit Mary (and the animals) again real soon....thanks for a fun day!

Easter Vacation (March 14 - 21)

Boy did we have a great time in Florida! We left Friday night after Mommy had school conferences and met up with Aunt Neenie and Ed at the airport. I had my first plane ride! Mommy wasn't too comfortable, but she said I did good for my first time! Uncle Keith and Angie came the next day, and Nana and Pop-Pop came in from their cruise of Mexico to stay with us for a few days before they drove back home. We stayed in two suites where Nana and Pop-Pop have their time share in Pompano Beach. Our days were spent lying in the sun (or shade for some of us), swimming in the pool (my favorite - especially with Daddy and Nana!) going to my first baseball game between the Minnesota Twins and the Baltimore Oriels, and running around the place, just having a great time - with no particular place to go! Mommy really needed a vacation - especially before the baby comes, so this was perfect timing!
