Daddy LOVES his ice cream!

Mommy and I enjoyed a little extra sleep last Friday! We've been waiting for this all year, and it finally came! A SNOW DAY!!!

Daddy took Mommy's car into work, but ended up coming home early because of the snow and ice!

I wanted to go out in the snow in my new snow suit Nana bought me, but it started to rain!

On Saturday, after some time at the mall, we went to Friendly's for dinner - Mommy was really just interested in ice cream!

I got to eat like a big boy because Mommy got me the grilled cheese, which I never had before!

It was delicious - I ate it all up!

I also got my own dish of ice cream (vanilla) which Mommy helped me eat too.

Daddy also enjoyed his ice cream, and we both had fun with the coloring pages.

They say they like to take me out to eat with them because I'm such a good boy!

15 months old today

So I'm 15 months old today and my baby brother or sister is 15 weeks old today! Mommy is doing well and isn't as tired as she was last month. Daddy helps Mommy out a lot with me - he's really good with me too! We laugh and play together when he gets home from work, he feeds me and gives me my bath at night. I'm in the big boy tub now - no more little duck tub - I was getting too big! The tub is fun because I can play with more toys and there's more water to splash Daddy with!

Here's a list of some of the thing I'm doing now that I'm getting to be a "big boy" as everyone is calling me:

I can really get around the house fast now! Mommy and Daddy have fun chasing after me!

I like to "play" with my cars on the floor. I push and pull them around.

I'm talking up a storm! When I call for my Daddy I say, "Da!"

Mommy is excited, I've finally started calling her by name now too, "Ma!"

I have 4 teeth on top and 4 on the bottom! I've been chewing on my cribs (which Mommy and Nana were not too happy about!)

I sit in my chair and watch Sesame Street. I LOVE ELMO!

I like to crunch on these new crackers Nana bought me. They keep me happy!

Everybody always says how happy and pleasant I am!

I notice everything! Nana says I'm very intelligent!

A Day Out with the Girls

Wow! I'm pooped out!

Well, I spent the day in Lancaster with Nana, Aunt Colleen and Mommy. We went to the Flower Barn to get vases and ribbon for Aunt Colleen's wedding. We spent the whole afternoon there walking around, looking at ideas for the wedding. Aunt Neenie picked out her ribbon color - hot pink! She also got candles and bubbles! I spent a lot of the day walking around the place and Nana did a good job of keeping up with me! I sure made a lot of people smile today! (I had a really cute doggy sweater on.) After all that shopping Mommy was hungry (again) we had already had a snack there at the store. So Nana took us to her favorite little restaurant that her and Pop-Pop always go to when they are out in Lancaster. I was so exhausted by the end of dinner I just couldn't stay awake any longer! What a fun day we had!

Mommy's Birthday Dinner

Mommy's birthday was February 7th. So last Sunday we went out after church to celebrate. Everybody was there! Nana and Pop-Pop, Uncle Keith and Angie, Aunt Colleen and Ed, and of course, me, Mommy and Daddy. We had a great time laughing and joking around - and lots of talk about the upcoming wedding and our trip to Florida! Mommy got some nice presents too! It's fun to be with everyone. Mommy had a nice time - even though she wasn't too thrilled about celebrating another year older - what's the big deal?

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! Daddy and I went to Picture People and got these pictures taken for Mommy! I did a good job smiling for the camera! These are my 14 month old pictures. I had some other pictures taken too - but these were special for Mommy.

MORE BIG NEWS....

So last weekend Ed asked my Aunt Neenie to marry him! Of course she said YES!!! Don't they make the cutest couple!?! The BIG day is set for September 2oth 2008! Everyone is so excited around here, Mommy is already busy helping Aunt Neenie make some plans and get things underway for the Big celebration. I really like my "Uncle" Ed, he's always so nice to me, and lets me pull his nose! Hey Uncle Ed - Welcome to our family! I know we'll have LOTS of great times together!
